What is HostPapa?
HostPapa is a website hosting company that is privately owned. This company has many centers in Toronto, New York and in Niagara Falls. HostPapa makes sure that their services are extremely reliable as they provide clients with uninterrupted web service that their clients truly count on.

HostPapa puts their clients above all else, which is why HostPapa employees go out of their way most of the time just so they could help their customers as much as possible. In fact, the motto of the entire company is “Let Papa take care of you” as each of their employees strive hard to take care of every single client they have like as if the client is a member of the family.

Great hosting space
What makes HostPapa hosting different from others is that the hosting space is absolutely filled with different options for only an affordable price of almost six dollars per month ($5.95) in a plan that goes on for three years.

Freebies
HostPapa offers their clients with a free domain name with approximately three hundred gigabytes of disk space and another three thousand gigabytes for the bandwidth for each month. They also give their clients twenty-five dollars worth of Yahoo Search marketing, fifty dollars worth of Promo People products and an affordable set up fee of only almost thirty dollars ($29.95).

Down time
According to some clients, HostPapa is consistently a victim of server down time. Moreover, many of them have already reported that their websites have been down for around six times now, with a period of two times in one week. Based on their testimonies, they have been losing a lot of their potential clients. Although they are happy with HostPapa’s one hundred percent satisfaction guarantee, they are still not so happy with having it run for only as short as the first thirty days.

HostPapa is Green
The reason why HostPapa has many clients is because they believe that they can support something that is eco-friendly. That reason and also because they have been gullible with the server’s false advertisements. But still, there are some of those who are glad with how their experience with HostPapa came through.

HostPapa ads
HostPapa has vigorously advertised what their clients are provide with a highly dependable customer service, equipment that is of high quality, and a guaranteed uptime. Also, their technical support guarantees to their customers that the tools they have for administration are very functional.

According to HostPapa, they are the only website host server that provides their clients with the best and leading feature set that is currently available, especially with their backups, which they claim to be highly secure and reliable.

All in all, HostPapa tells everyone, especially their clients, is that they have an honest and ultimately solid business.

HostPapa offered services
HostPapa offers their clients some services for web hosting, registration process for their customers’ domain name, a small business package, and a website design that they will truly love. They are proud to claim that their internet hosting packages are built to help clients daily with their businesses in making sure that their website remains live on the Net. This is why they try to do what they can about giving their clients with highly powered services and professional customer service, all at such an affordable price, as compared to the rates of other hosting companies.

Good feedback
Some clients are glad with HostPapa because they were able to make a mini website for their University project with the server’s free site builder. Also, HostPapa’s support team was nice to them and assisted them in their plan all the way.

Bad feedback
Some clients have testified after their experience with HostPapa that HostPapa has totally no clue about what they are talking about. They were right in the middle of uploading a website when the server suddenly went down. Since they could not continue with their projects, they jumped on the server’s live chat so that they could contact HostPapa’s customer service, only to no avail for around the first six tries.

For those who were able to connect to the live chat named Nelson, they are still unhappy with the services they got from Nelson. They told him that the server is down and he would just tell them that it is not. Clients would oftentimes provide proof through the popular and highly effective Hyper Spring, and Nelson would only tell them that Hyper Spring is not reliable.

Conclusively, most of the clients who use HostPapa are very unhappy and not satisfied with the services they get because, for them, HostPapa simply does not know what they are really talking about. HostPapa’s advertisements of being such a reliable server is regarded as the biggest rip off online, investing much more money in their advertisements than how much they should in actually getting their servers to run properly.

Clients say that if people want to lose a lot of their potential customers, and probably also the ones they already have then they better use HostPapa because there is absolutely no running with this server. According to them, some of their customers have thought they have gone bankrupt because HostPapa was the cause why their sites were down almost all the time.

Others have just decided to transfer to other servers because their site has been suspended by HostPapa as HostPapa tells them that they need to pay their dues right away. However, these clients strongly oppose, saying that they do not owe HostPapa a single penny. HostPapa was only throwing a fit because they cancelled.

Those who wanted to have asp pages were forced to transfer to other host providers because HostPapa does not give them what they want. When they try to contact the support line, which they advertise as going on for twenty-four hours, they get no one. And when they finally reach the customer service agent, they will only get some help if they paid an extra twenty-six dollars for the domain name, which is something that should have already been included in the hosting package. Moreover, HostPapa strongly refused to give their clients any refunds.

Response to clients
Clients cannot talk to anyone in charge of billing as they are only approached with an email. Furthermore, it seems that who ever sends the email takes a very long time before actually sending it. Some say that their request was sent with already six days passed but still, the website is completely inaccessible for the next three days.

Ideal hosting experience
HostPapa advertises that they are greatly concentrated on making the best and most ideal hosting experience, with their main aim of maintaining a reliable service. They are actually proud to tell their clients that they have never allowed their uptime to drop below ninety-nine percent. Their mission is actually one hundred percent uptime, but they apparently cannot commit themselves to that because of the nature of shared hosting, which only indicates that multiple users are sharing the very same resources.
